Why use RMS' 360° online assessment system?
It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, you can use our 360° appraisal system online. If you have employees from distributed locations working together, a 360° online appraisal system makes it easy for everyone to give their assessment, and reduces the administration costs of collecting their feedback.
How RMS’ 360° online assessment works
Our 360° appraisal system, 360° Performance Monitor, allows you to set up a project that is specific to you. We have developed our 360° online system so that the whole process is controlled using passwords and emails, which are automatically generated by our system at key times during your 360° appraisal project.
We hold your data in secure, encrypted folders, which are visible only to those with access to your project. You can further personalise your 360° appraisal project by including your own company logo.
Only licensed users can use the RMS 360° appraisal system.
The RMS 360° appraisal process
Our 360° appraisal process is easy to follow.
- First, obtain a license to use our 360° online assessment system
- Once your project is set up, create your 360° feedback form
- Then specify who is to receive the 360° appraisal feedback, and who is to give it
- Use our system to collect the feedback and create the 360° appraisal reports
- Make the reports available to the person receiving the feedback
Running a 360° online assessment with RMS
There are two options for running a 360° online assessment with us – you can either manage the whole process yourself using our 360° appraisal system through our website, or ask us to manage your assessment for you.

If you want to run your own 360° appraisal projects you can use our website to:
- create your own 360° feedback form
- set up and email the participants
- collect the feedback with online forms
- allow participants to run online 360° appraisal reports and graphs
- monitor your 360° appraisal project progress at any time
