Once the 360° Feedback Form has been designed the system is ready to use.

  • The project administrator creates a list of those staff members to include in the project.
  • These staff members are then given a password and instructions on how to use the system.
  • They are then invited to nominate colleagues to include in their feedback list
  • When the nomination phase is complete each nominated staff member is given instructions on how to use the system with their individual password and login address.

If any participants do not have Internet access we can supply paper-based forms for their feedback. The project administrator can then transfer these results to the online system.

During the feedback process the project administrator and individual staff members can monitor the progress of each of their nominated staff online.
