If you really like the sound of 360° appraisal, but want someone else to run it for you, we can take care of it all for you.

We can run the whole 360° appraisal process for you through our website. We'll do everything from designing your forms right through to producing the 360° assessment reports. Our long experience has helped us streamline the process to save you time and money. We have pre-designed forms for Senior, Middle and Junior Managers that you can adapt to your own organisation.

All you need to do is to give us the names and email addresses of the staff you wish to involve, and we collect your 360° appraisal feedback to a pre-determined project plan.

When feedback has been completed, we will deliver colour, hardcopy reports for each participant. Each report will be in a format agreed by the you in advance.
